I offer short and long-term psychodynamic therapy for adult individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their lives and seeking relief from distressing thoughts and feelings.

I understand that it is sometimes difficult to find time for yourself or see a way forward when life is hard to cope with and often takes courage to take that initial step.

Psychodynamic counselling encourages you to make links between past and present patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. It helps bring awareness to unconscious processes and conflicts that can give valuable insights and increase your understanding of yourself. This work will enable you to make some positive personal changes and encourage self-development, which will hopefully lead to a more fulfilling future.
